Final show music for snare, tenors, basses and cymbals has been posted in the downloads area, along with a downlaodable .mp3 audio file o the show. 

Audition Results

Those members who were offered a membership contract at auditions are listed on the Membership page.  There are still 2 bass drum spots and up to 2 snare spots still open.

These open spots will be filled on November 7th at the first music camp.  November 7th is open to any interested persons who were unable to attend auditions on October 18th.  Members currently under contract are expected to have all warm-ups and show music learned by the first music camp.  SIgned membership contracts and dues are also due on November 7th.

 

OPENER PARTS are posted as of 10/12/08 at 10:00pm!

Auditions are this Saturday, 10/18 battery 9am-12noon, pit 1-4pm.  Open positions are filled on a first come first served basis.

Algonac WAVE 2009 Show Concept:

"WAVE forms - the Mathematics of Music"

Our show this year will feature extensive electronics and synthesis of various waveforms, as well as cyclical and mathematically derived melodic content to create an overall experience of the mathematics of music.
